REMANUFACTURED
Our remanufactured pallets can provide an economical alternative to purchasing a new pallet. Our remanufactured pallet customers typically require a specialty size pallet, i.e., one that is not readily available in the recycled pallet pool. Our re-man pallets can be built entirely from reclaimed lumber or from a combination of reclaimed and new lumber.

Re-man pallets are assembled from scratch according to a pre-designed pallet specification. Mixed lumber (hardwood and pine) is typically used for re-man pallets, however we can build to any specification including hardwood only, pine only, etc.

Are “re-man” pallets right for your application?

Factors to consider:

Will a pallet that is built from reclaimed lumber be cosmetically acceptable?
Will slight variations in stringer and board thickness be acceptable?
The quantity of reclaimed lumber available for pallets usually depends on the size of the components. Especially long stringers or boards are limited in supply, which will reduce the number of pallets that can be built. Contact us for pricing and availability.

RECYCLED

Grocery or GMA pallets:

Our recycled grocery pallets, i.e., 48" x 40" 4 way entry pallets, are repaired, graded and sold based on each pallet's condition. A brief description of each grade follows:

Sam's A grade - These pallets are our highest grade recycled pallet and are used in large wholesale club operations. These pallets do not have any plated stringer repairs, painted or colored stringers and all of these pallets have 6" leading edge boards. No softwood lumber is used in these pallets.

Premium A grade - These pallets are similar to Sam's A grades, however they may include some plated stringer repairs and colored (painted) stringers.

Standard A grade - These pallets have generally been repaired more often than either our Sam's or Premium A grades and may have 4" and/or 6" leading edge boards.

None of our A grade pallets contain double or sister stringer repairs.

B grade (B+) - These pallets contain only 1 double or sister stringer repair per pallet.

B grade - These pallets contain 1 or more double or sister stringer repairs per pallet. These pallets are our most economical grocery or GMA pallet.
